Introduced new module: CDMA Service Tool for Qualcomm based phones
Initial release, required license #5 to be activated and 100 CDMA credits.
100 CDMA credits = 1000 MXKEY credits = 10 USD
Required usb drivers can be found at 'data\drivers\cdma' directory
